ASME SFA 5.14 3.2mm ERNiCrMo-4 C276 filling wire from factory. Nickel Based Welding Wire ERNiCrMo-4 Nickel Alloy C276 Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum wire used for welding C 276 to themselves, to Stainless Steels, or to other Nickel based alloys.
ERNiCrMo-4 Material offers excellent resistance to pitting, stress-corrosion cracking, and oxidizing in atmospheres up to 1,900° F. It also provides superior corrosion resistance to wet chlorine gas, chlorine dioxide and hypochlorite solutions, brine and seawater. ErNiCrMo-4 alloy can also be used for cladding steel with nickel-chrome-molybdenum weld metal. ErNiCrMo-4 have higher molybdenum content provides great resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion.
